1. How to order:

Please offer your size, paper stock, quantity, or other related quality data of the paper to us by:
a). e-mail to:  export@china-paper.com.cn

b). Submit onto Inquire Now

 2. Price:

For a cost estimate on your order, please send an email with your requirements.

3. Payment:

We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 30% of total payment, the balance shall be paid before delivery.  Notes: When order finished, we can accept the goods inspection.

4. Lead Time:

Usually our lead time is 7-8 business days for one 20ft container, excluding transportaion, from the date of confirmation. However, it also depends on the specifications of your order, thus it might vary.

5. Transport:

The paper can be transported by air or by sea. The approximate  time by air  is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.

6. After-sales service:

Resino is very responsible, your purchase can be reproduced or refunded if there are serious quality problems due to our mistakes.
